The staircase leading to reception was a nightmare, especially since there was no lift available. Our room stank of smoke, making it unbearable at times, despite being advertised as a non-smoking facility. The area felt unsafe during the night with unusual noises and questionable characters lurking about, which seriously affected our peace of mind.

The staff were super friendly and went outta their way to help us with bags. Room was clean, comfy beds that gave me lekker sleep! Plus, location is spot on with metro nearby and nice cafes around for brekkie.
